West Kent Primary Care Development Workshops
Over the past few months we have been taking part in local workshops with the purpose of helping develop our Federation to form into an effective organisation. This included the creation of our Board of Directors and their roles within it.
These events have enabled us to really focus on what we hope is important to our members and what we feel we can achieve as an organisation. A proportion of time within these workshops have involved working together with our colleagues at Mid-Kent GP Alliance to produce a shared Vision to help create a plan for both our individual Federation and joint-working arrangements for West Kent wide projects.
