This accessibility statement applies to the West Kent Primary Care website (www.westkenthealth.co.uk).

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. This means you should be able to:

Change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser functionality
Zoom in up to 400 per cent without the text spilling off the screen
Navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
Navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
Interact with most of the website using a screen reader (including recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)

We also try to make the website text as simple as possible to understand.

We link to websites or software we do not own or manage and cannot guarantee their accessibility
Certain elements skip heading levels due to the fact that the CMS in use inserts these for the specific display reasons. Examples of this are team members names on the “Meet the Team” page and information panels below the slideshow on the home page.
Images used as background images are unable to have alt tags assigned to them for screenreaders. Examples of this are the homepage slideshow and the homepage latest news panels. However as these images are not illustrative of anything it should not effect the use of the website
