As of December 2020 Companies House approved our conversion to a Community Interest Community and our name change to West Kent Primary Care. This follows a decision to form a Board with our 12 West Kent PCN Clinical Directors as a joint voice for Primary Care.
Your Covid Recovery is a new NHS website designed to help people recover from the long-term effects of Covid-19. It includes information about how to manage ongoing symptoms. It also includes a helpful section for family, friends and carers of people who are recovering. It can be used by anyone who is recovering from Covid-19.
